Following our successful taster event in Wellness Week, Dawn Green is back with a 6 week beginners yoga course, every Monday at 2pm until 18 February.

Dawn will go back to basics, explaining the principles of yoga and over the 6 weeks, participants will cover the basic yoga poses and practice. This class is for complete beginners and is suitable for all abilities.

The cost of the course is £30 for 6 sessions, which will be paid at the time of booking to secure the place.

We only have 10 places available, so book now!

Mats will be provided, or bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink of water.
