Mindfulness Session

Guided by an experienced practitioner, Lorraine Debnam BEM.

This session aims to help you place yourself in the moment, pay more attention to your own thoughts and feelings, and the world around you.

Lorraine says, "Activities will include learning to use the breath to focus; practise finding a space in your head to start nothing from: understanding a little of how our inner and outer mind can be used to slow the mayhem down. Everyone finds their way to Mindfulness, meditation or slowing differently, so we will explore ways to start your journey and most of all permission to find your own path to a more peaceful and slower headspace."
